Tree Packaging and Shipping

SPRING 2021 Tree Shipping

"HELP is now offering unprecedented incentives for pick up customers.  If you pick up your trees at Weyburn in the spring HELP will provide the following:

i) 10% bonus in large mixed wilow (for example if your tree order is 300 trees of combined tree kinds then you will receive an additional 30 large mixed willow)

ii) you will receive the larger root balls of 170 ml or 320 ml instead of the industry standard 110 ml root balls

iii)
Most trees will continue to be ready for pick up or shipping for delivery in last week of May through 1st ten days of June when trees are in full leaf.  However, those who really need to pick up their trees earlier or have them shipped earlier can do so by special appointment/arrangement.

In addition, if you agree to transport one or more orders for other customers on your same route or destination, HELP will pay you
$10 per pail or $25 per box of tree seedlings that you carry for this uber-like service  PLUS provide you with yet another 5% of your order in large mixed willow! When you assist in uber like services you help ensure larger tree seedlings and better tree quality for everyone because pick up orders allow trees to travel in open containers.

Please check off the appropriate options on your on-line or paper order form:

''I will pick up my trees at Weyburn"

"I am willing to provide Uber-like service by delivering one or more customer tree orders to hand over enroute at a major truck stop of other agreed locations"

"Please ship my trees to my destination or  within 50 km of my home for me to fetch them"

"Trees in Full Leaf Establish Better
Field research shows that container root tree seedlings planted in full leaf establish at higher rates than tree planted while dormant especially on drought years. For this reason HELP has modified the tree pick up and shipping timeframe to allow trees to come into full leaf prior to pick up and shipping."

"Larger Seedlings : Late May and early June pick up and shipping allows HELP to put the seedlings through a process in the early spring we call 'hyper growing' which gives all customers larger up to 50% larger seedlings."

Willows for Towns Program
Due to the unprecedented success of HELP's first Willows for Towns Program announced two years ago, HELP is extending the program to another year. HELP is offering large mixed willows for an unprecedented $1 per seedling for these deep root seedlings for orders of 300 or more.  The Willows for Towns Program is for pick up ONLY (at Weyburn).  When ordering for this program please write under "notes to vendor": "Our large mixed willow order is under WILLOWS FOR TOWNS for $1. Please refund me the difference"
