- Oct 2015, waterline hidrovaced into reservoir.
- Oct 2015, 12,000 trees planted for stooling bed production.
- Nov and Dec 2015, basement foundation for 2 houses constructed.
- Dec 2015, 150,000 lilac and white spruce trees new seedling trees in winter nursery.
- Jan 2016, two houses moved into new property.
