HELP International Shelterbelt Program New Pricing and Sales Policies

A) Available Trees and Pricing:
Category 1:   Okanese Hybrid Poplar
                        Tristis Hybrid Poplar
                        Walker Hybrid Poplar
                        Hill Hybrid Poplar  
    

-10 to 49 trees (any combination of varieties in groups of 10):  $5 each seedling
-50 to 299 trees: $2.50 each 
-300 or more trees (can be more than one variety combined): $2.10


Category 2:   Acute Willow
                         Golden Willow
                        Silver Leaf Willow
                        Laurel Leaf Willow
                        Shrub Willow
                        Common Lilac
                        Velosa Lilac 
    

-10 to 49 trees (any combination of varieties in groups of 10):  $5 each seedling

New Category: Large Potted Saplings
 NorthWest Hybrid Poplar ( in one gallon pots) (limited stock)

4-5ft tall: $15
5.1-6ft tall: $20 
6.1 to 7 ft tall: $25

Other Varieties in one liter pots: Limited Quantities: Manitoba Maple, Siberian Larch, Scot's Pine on request
                     

Large Generic Willows (in regular 105 and 170 ml container roots: mostly acute?: identity not 100% certain)
                                                                      Stems are large calibre diameter and vary from 12 to 30 inches stem length
                                                                       Roots are 'prolific'

2-4 years old: $1.50 each   

B) Shipping:
-$40 or 30 cents per seedling (whichever is more) for any location in Prairie Provinces
-For Ontario and B.C : $80 or 60 cents per seedling (whichever is more) for any location in Ontario or British Columbia.

-Shipping Customers: If you require your trees shipped at a time period other than the period of October 1st through 10 in the fall, customers will have to pay the full purolator rate to have their trees delivered outside of these time periods. Note that Purolator rates are at two to three times the rate that customers pay HELP for shipping during the standard shipping periods. We will assume customers requiring shipping agree to receive their trees shipped in the above timeframes so they do not have to specify this on the order form unless they wish to


C) Early Bird Discounts: 
-October sales 6% discount                              February sales: 2.5% discount      
-November sales: 5% discount                         March sales: 2% discount  
-December sales: 4% discount                         April sales: 1.5% discount
January sales: 3% discount                                 Sales continue May though July (but without early bird discount)
                                                                                      Tree sales for fall October planting begin in mid July

D) Special Incentives for Pick Up Customers: 
i) 10 % additional bonus payable in large three year old generic (mostly acute) willow (ave 1 meter stem length) for any pick up customer. (i.e.: if your paid order is for 100 trees and you are a pick up customer then you would receive ten large acute willow as extra bonus) 

ii) We pay pick up customers for each package of trees they carry and hand over to shipping customers at convenient fuel stations enroute.  

 
E) Shipping Customer Policy:
We promise to ship your trees for local handover within 50 km or closer to your home.
​If you have to travel more than 50 km to fetch your trees then we compensate you with extra trees.

We also provide contract planting, plastic film weed control,
