Click on tree application below.  If format is bad, please click on 'enable edit' and it will correct.
Print out, fill out and fax to: 306-848-0902 or email to:
rsidloski@help-international.com . If you pay for shipping online and then decide to pick your order in Weyburn, you will be refunded the shipping charges.

Please try to make your tree orders intervals of ten trees if possible: order 80 instead of 78 etc. Minimum global tree order of all varieties combined is 20 trees.

Pick-Up and Shipping:

1) Pick-Up: Most trees will continue to be ready for pick up or shipping for delivery in last week of May through 1st ten days of June when trees are in full leaf.  However, those who really need to pick up their trees earlier or have them shipped earlier can do so by special appointment/arrangement. Customers who pick up their trees at Weyburn make a prior arrangement to pick up at HELP's Tree Farm 8 km west of Weyburn on highway 13 or at HELP's office at 423 Souris Avenue or handover under the big sign at Coop Truck Stop/Main Trac Cafe at the intersection of highway 39 and 13.  If you pick up your trees, you receive a 10% of your entire order bonus in your choice of mixed willow, golden or pussy willow in addition to the 5% of each tree variety bonus that everyone receives. Pick up customer also given larger rootballs ie: 170 or 320 ml root balls instead of the industry standard 105 ml rootballs for varieties HELP has the larger available.  Also HELP provides the longest stems available for pick up customers ie: stem size typically too long for standard shipping (when available for varieties ordered).  Pick Up customers are charged 2.5 cents per seedling for packing/containers.

2) Shipping:  HELP Selects the Form of Shipping that is most expedient logistically and most healthy for the trees depending upon climatic conditions etc at the time of shipping.  In order of priority, HELP uses the following shipping options:

a) Uber-like deliveries:  HELP pays pick-up customers to deliver trees Uber-style to shipping customers for hand over at a mutual agreeable location as close to customer destination as possible but in worst case within 50 km of destination.  Shipping this uber-method allows the trees to be shipped in open containers which is optimal for tree health.   If you are a pick up customer and wish to drop off other customers trees and be paid for doing so, please indicate in 'notes to vendor' that " I am willing to do uber-like deliveries for handover to one or more customers who are directly on my route.  My route from Weyburn will be on the following highway route: ___________"

b) HELP sometimes uses our own transport truck when there are a major cluster of customers at one location such as Saskatoon for example.

c) Purolator: When there is no Uber-like pick up customer to deliver your trees,  HELP has a new arrangement with Purolator to delivery trees typically within one business day to any physical address.  If you do not have a physical address convenient for Purolator we suggest you provide a business name and address who will receive and hold your trees for your pick up.  For cities where Purolator has an office or an agent you may request that your trees are held for pick up at Purolator or Purolator agent location for your pick up.
