HELP TREE PROGRAM POLICIES
1) Minimum tree orders
Minimum tree order is 50 trees (all trees types added together must equal 50 or more trees)
HELP has the right to cancel and reimburse any orders less than 50 trees.
"Limits to On-Line Orders: To secure tree stock numbers, orders of more than 300 of any one tree variety must be placed by telephone to 306-861-0814. HELP reserves right to cancel and refund orders (minus commission fees) for orders carried out on line that exceed 300 for any one tree variety"
This policy exists both for our own finances, to allow us to break even as a non-profit, and to prevent us from infringing on the private nursery market.
2) Multiples of ten ONLY
Please order a multiple of ten trees of each variety you order
3) Tree guarantee policy
If ten or more customers indicate that a variety was not viable then this indicates that the batch was bad (though HELP tests all batches during the winter to avoid this). If this is the case then HELP will provide replacements or substitutions within the next year.
Otherwise, if fewer than ten customers have a problem with the variety, then we assume the cause is planting or pre-planting treatment and conditions. We do not cover tree replacements from these causes.
4) Sizing policy
In the event that HELP stock does not grow to our expected sizes, HELP reserves the right to supply customers ordering Extra Large with the largest stock available, even if it does not match the size in the catalogue description
